Operations
Since the introduction of ISO 1401 we have been working on a number of projects i.e. water effluent waste system to help us toward achieving this accreditation.

Our most recent achievement has been the development of our own chemical formula to create a product, which successfully strips various coatings from aluminium.
The traditional method of Methanol Chloride solution has always been a concern to us in our desire to create as non-hazardous an environment as possible.
As a result of our development of this product, our most harmful process is now much safer for both our employees and the environment.
This moves us one step closer to our goal.
Bevlyn is unique in it’s ability to offer three forms of paint removal processes, thermal and non-thermal with a view to satisfy our customers needs.
Examples of these are shown below
- Hot alkaline stripper designed for the removal of most paints from steel products such as sheet metal and frame work, as well as jigs, hooks, grids meshes etc. One of the benefits of stripping with this method is the ability to offer a short term inhibitor to all ferrous products.
- Non hazardous solvent stripper designed to replace the much publicised and harmful methanol chloride. It removes coatings from aluminium components and has the advantage of being non corrosive to the properties of the aluminium. It is capable of removing most paints and leaves a perfect surface.
- Controlled Pyrolysis Furnace. This is designed to remove all paint by controlled heat. This system is generally used when excessive amounts of paint need to be removed from jigs, grids, hooks etc. It can also be effectively used to remove Nylon or plastic coating from components.
